All appointments require prior booking and advance payment.
Once a booking is confirmed:
Cancellation is NOT allowed.
The paid amount is non-refundable, as consultation preparation begins immediately.
⭐ 2. Rescheduling of Appointments
You may request to reschedule your session at least 4 hours before the scheduled time.
Rescheduling Conditions:
Allowed only once per booking
Subject to availability
Must provide a valid reason
Last-minute changes (less than 4 hours) are NOT accepted
If you miss the rescheduled appointment, NO further changes will be allowed.
⭐ 3. No-Show Policy
A “No-Show” is defined as:
The client does not attend the consultation
The client does not respond to calls or messages
The client forgets the session
The client provides incorrect contact details
No refunds or rescheduling will be provided for No-Show appointments.
⭐ 4. Incorrect Birth Details
If a session cannot be carried out or gives inaccurate results due to:
Wrong Date of Birth
Wrong Time of Birth
Incorrect Place of Birth
Missing necessary details
The appointment cannot be canceled, and no refund or free rescheduling will be given.
⭐ 5. Technical Issues (Online Sessions)
If the session cannot be completed due to:
Internet issues
Device problems
App/Software issues
From the client side → No cancellation or refund.
If the issue occurs from our side →
The session will be rescheduled free of cost.
⭐ 6. Workshops, Courses & Events
For any workshop, training, course, or event:
No cancellation or refund is allowed once enrolment is confirmed.
In case of postponement by us, new dates will be provided.

In rare cases of genuine emergencies:
You may contact us for a special consideration
Decision will be made on a case-by-case basis
We reserve full rights to approve or deny the request
