Once a consultation (Astrology, Tarot, Reiki, Healing, or any other service) has been provided,
NO refund will be issued under any circumstances.

Consultations involve personal time, analysis, and preparation, which cannot be reversed.


2. Advance Payment is Non-Refundable

All services require advance payment.
Once the payment is made and the booking is confirmed, the amount is non-refundable, regardless of:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal reasons

  • Lack of availability

  • Delay from the client’s side


3. Rescheduling Policy

If you cannot attend your session:

  • You may request rescheduling at least 4 hours before your appointment time.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

  • Last-minute reschedule requests may be denied.

No refund will be provided if:

  • You miss your appointment

  • You fail to inform on time

  • You provide incorrect contact details


4. Wrong or Incomplete Birth Details

If you provide incorrect or incomplete birth details (DOB, time, place), leading to an inaccurate reading,
we are not responsible, and no refund will be issued.


5. Service Satisfaction

Astrology, energy healing, tarot, and spiritual guidance are interpretative in nature.
Results may vary from person to person.

We do not offer refunds based on:

  • Difference in expectations

  • Disagreement with predictions

  • Lack of desired results

  • Delay in outcomes


6. Technical Issues (Online Sessions)

If a consultation cannot take place due to:

  • Network failure

  • Connectivity problems

We will reschedule your session free of cost.
Refunds will not be provided.

Payments made for:

  • Classes

8. Third-Party Payment Gateways

Payments processed via third-party gateways (UPI, bank transfer, wallet, etc.) follow their own policies.
We are not responsible for:

  • Payment delays
